Inaugurated in INTEC branch of Santo Domingo Coffee Shop
In order to bring the student community el aroma y flavor, Santo Domingo Coffee Shop (SDCS), company of Banana Industries (Induban), inaugurated its branch number 17 in the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).
The design of this branch had the participation of the students of Industrial design of the University Priscilla Roa, Anthony Hernández, Caroline Contreras, Melissa Tavarez, Christian Forero y Adal Nazer.
During the opening cocktail offered at the establishment, Jorge Perelló, president of SDCS, said that thanks to the important innovation efforts and commitment which Induban has with the progress of the country, values that share with the INTEC, "Santo Domingo has 74 years leading a brand that, in addition to being a reference for Dominicans anywhere in the world, keeps getting closer and closer to the young public through Our Santo Domingo Coffe Shop ".
Perelló added that SDCS is a business concept with which Induban has contributed to the strengthening of the coffee industry. "Since its inception, it has allowed the labor inclusion of hundreds of young people who are constantly trained in the Santo Domingo Coffee Institute, to be coffee specialists," he said.
On behalf of INTEC, the Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance, Alfonso Casasnovas, stressed that the INTEC se strive always for having the most high levels in higher education and affirmed that, like Induban, it pursues the highest quality. '' I hope that this newly initiated relationship will be tremendously successful, which is why we foresee a long and happy trajectory at INTEC ''.
The inaugural act was conducted by the communicator Pamela Sued, and was attended by Manuel Pozo Perelló, Executive President of Induban; Jorge Perelló, president of SDCS; Delio Pichardo, director of SDCS; among other executives of the company.
On behalf of INTEC, the rector attended Rolando M. Guzmán; Alfonso Casasnovas, Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance; José Feliz, Academic Vice President; Jeannette Haché, director of the Department of Diversified Businesses; members of the Academic Council and the Board of Regents of the academic campus, special guests, representatives of the press and students who came to enjoy their Café Santo Domingo.
