El Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo It has 60 air-conditioned classrooms and 43 laboratories, distributed in 8 of its 12 buildings.
The classrooms are equipped with internet connections and have audiovisual resources available.
The Emilio Rodríguez Demorizi Library is located in the center of the campus, the foundation of university life due to its important educational function. It offers its services to the internal community and the general public.
The university has several rooms that serve the development of academic, artistic and cultural activities.

Parking lots
The INTEC campus has 4 parking spaces available for students, professors, collaborators and visitors, all of which are free to use, with the institutional credential.
In addition to these, the university has an agreement in force with the National Office of Intellectual Property (ONAPI) for the use of its parking lots (Professors and collaborators) during special hours.
Only vehicles that have identification cards ("carnetones") may use the parking, according to the distribution by users shown on the right.
Students & Visitors *
- Library parking. Entrance through Gate No. 3 of Los Próceres Avenue, almost on the Republic of Colombia corner. It is inside the campus, with spaces reserved for pregnant women and people with disabilities.
- Parking Chrysanthemums 1. With access through Gate No. 4, from Crisantemos street. It consists of three levels of underground parking with around 150 spaces available.
* When necessary, the visitor cards will be delivered at the entrances of the parking lots listed above previous notice.
