Bilingual Service Representative

Objective of the position

Responding to telephone calls for information, payments and requests received through the different interaction channels, always giving a professional image, thus facilitating attention and information to external and internal users of Permanent Education.


  • University student of Administration, Marketing, International Business or related careers.
  • English language proficiency (required).
  • Customer service.
  • Telephone courtesy.
  • Management of social networks.
  • Orientation to results.
  • Teamwork.
  • Writing and spelling.

Modality of contracting: 

  • Contract for an indefinite period and full time dedication.

Documents and processes

  • Send an updated resume and documentary evidence of the general and specific requirements.
  • Participate in the interviews and evaluations that are required.
  • Authorize INTEC to validate documents and obtain professional and personal references that it considers pertinent.
