Coordination of the majors: Bachelor's Degree in Cinema and Audiovisual Communication and Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication and Digital Media



Objective of the position

Coordinate the planning, implementation, evaluation and successful management processes of the study plans and programs of both careers, according to the institutional educational model, current quality standards and the needs of the labor market. Organize, direct and develop academic activities and research, extension and service projects that add value to the training of students and teachers.

Requirements:

  • Professional with a Bachelor's degree in fields related to the film, audiovisual, communication, media, art, journalism or related disciplines and a more advanced degree (master's or doctorate) in these fields and management training or experience, preferably in educational institutions.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the field of cinema, communication, university, academic and teaching management with the ability to lead and guide students and teachers in an educational environment.
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with students, teachers and other collaborators, as well as a motivating axis and facilitator of positive learning environments.
  • Possess skills in the management of the English language, as a desirable condition.
  • Have the capacity for analysis, planning, decision-making and results-oriented management.
  • To be a person of recognized moral solvency both in his professional practice and in his public life and in his private life.
  • Excellent personal and professional relationships that allow establishing, maintaining and strengthening linkage agreements with external institutions at the national, regional and international level.
  • Creative, innovative, proactive, with leadership and teamwork attitudes.

Documents and process

  • Send an updated resume and documentary evidence of the general and specific requirements.
  • Participate in interviews and evaluations as required.
  • Authorize INTEC to validate documents and obtain professional and personal references that it deems pertinent.

Modality of contracting:  

  • Indefinite contract with full-time dedication in face-to-face mode.
