Infrastructure Leader



Objective of the position

Manage, administer and serve, timely and effectively, the physical and technological resources required to maintain the availability of the services of all platforms; guaranteeing the operation of the technological infrastructure and information security. As well as, maintaining high reliability in the central computing platform, through the management indicators of the units under its charge; prepare and develop strategies that allow obtaining new facilities for the satisfaction of internal customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Guarantee optimal operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of the facilities.
  • Evaluate and propose innovative and efficient technological solutions that improve existing infrastructure and optimize available resources.
  • Assist with the management of preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree in System Engineering or related areas.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Windows, AOS, VMware Platforms,
  • Knowledge of Antivirus Software,
  • Knowledge of Backup Solutions, Messaging Systems, Monitoring Solutions.
  • Migration of specialized Infrastructure Platforms and Software
  • Domain Knowledge and Services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory Domain, Group Policy, WSUS, Powershell).
  • Mastery of Management and Monitoring Tools.
  • Ability to write technical reports.
  • Analytical capacity.

Documents and process:

  • Send an updated resume and documentary evidence of the general and specific requirements.
  • Participate in interviews and evaluations as required.
  • Authorize INTEC to validate documents and obtain professional and personal references that it deems pertinent.

Modality of contracting:

  • Indefinite contract with full-time dedication in face-to-face mode.
