Objective of the position
Carry out research and analysis on solid waste management at the national and international level. Develop and propose evidence-based waste management strategies.
Desired profile
Professional with training in environmental sciences, waste engineering, or a related field.
Principal functions:
- Carry out research and analysis on solid waste management at the national and international level.
- Develop and propose evidence-based waste management strategies.
- Advise the team and partners of the observatory on issues related to solid waste management.
- Participate in the development and execution of waste management projects and programs.
- Stay up to date on trends and best practices in solid waste management.
- Participate in visiting observatories at the different landfills in the country.
Recommended experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with experience conducting research and developing waste management strategies.

Modality of contracting:
Project contract, defined by 1 year of service with full-time dedication in face-to-face mode.
