Objective of the position
It is responsible for the management and analysis of the data collected by the Observatories of the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). Additionally, it develops predictive and descriptive models, advises on data-based decision making, and maintains and improves data management systems and geographic information systems (GIS).
Requirements
- Academic degree in Systems Engineering/Telematics, Lic. Statistics and Mathematics, advanced training in data sciences, applied mathematics and fields related to the management of geospatial data (Geographic Information System).
- Advanced skills in data science and statistics.
- Programming skills: Python, SQL, Power BI.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Management of administrative personnel.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
Modality of contracting:
- Contract for specific service (1 year).
- Full time from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Face-to-face modality.
