Objective of the position

Manage instructional design projects and create educational content for virtual courses, integrating multimedia elements, educational methodologies, interactive technologies and quality standards in online education that optimize the educational offer in virtual learning environments.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Educational Technology.
• Knowledge of online education quality standards (Quality Matters, AACE).
• Knowledge and experience in instructional design models based on the competency approach (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
• Design of instructional and multimedia scripts for online courses.
• Design of learning objects, multimedia activities and teaching resources.
• Mastery of authoring tools (Genially, eXeLearning, Camtasia, Canva, etc.)
• Development of evaluation instruments.
• Management of virtual learning environments, with experience in platforms (Moodle).
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite to optimize educational project management and online collaboration.
• Mastery of learning taxonomies (Bloom, Marzano)
• Mastery of project management tools (Planner, To-Do, Asana, Trello).
• Conception, design, development and management of MOOCs as effective E-learning tools.
• Excellent writing and spelling.

Experience

Minimum 2 years:

• As an instructional designer of online and face-to-face courses, defining their training structure, objectives, content, learning strategies and evaluation formats.
• As an advisor in E-learning environments, organizing and sequencing training content to create learning experiences according to the objectives set.
• As a designer and manager of information systems, diagnosis of improvement actions and implementation of action plans.

• Send an updated resume and documentary evidence of the general and specific requirements.
• Participate in the interviews and evaluations that are required.
• Authorize INTEC to validate documents and obtain professional and personal references that it considers pertinent.

Modality of contracting:

• Contract for an indefinite period and full time dedication.
