Exemplary Service Center Coordinator



Purpose of the position:
Direct and manage the Exemplary Service Center, ensuring that students, graduates and internal clients receive comprehensive support in their academic, service and administrative requests, with a focus on continuous improvement in the quality of service and experience with Intec. Implementation of strategies to increase student satisfaction and retention.

Desired profile:

Professional in Business Administration, Marketing, or related areas. 
 
Recommended experience:
  • 2 years of experience in customer service management roles and experience in leading work teams. Knowledge of help desk tools, ViciDial and CRM.
  • Proven experience in improving service processes and implementing strategies aimed at customer satisfaction
  • Analyze data and generate strategic reports.
  • Managing multiple simultaneous projects and prioritizing tasks.

Main responsibilities:
  • Supervising all daily operations of the Center, providing support through the different service channels and supervising the help desk for service management.
  • Development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies to optimize the experience through our Service model.
  • Monitoring satisfaction metrics using data assessment tools from systems.
  • Interdepartmental coordination to achieve collaboration with all key areas of the university.
  • Generate periodic reports on the Center's performance and the quality provided.
  • Manage the budget allocated to the center, ensuring the efficient use of resources for the operation and improvement of the service.

Modality of contracting:

  • Contract for an indefinite period and full time dedication.

Documents and process:

  • Send an updated resume and documentary evidence of the general and specific requirements.
  • Participate in the interviews and evaluations that are required.
  • Authorize INTEC to validate documents and obtain professional and personal references that it considers relevant.
