Purchasing Assistant

Objectives of the position

Carry out purchasing processes of lower risk and amount and execute administrative support tasks of considerable variety and complexity and/or logistics to the processes, activities and projects developed by the Unit.

Desired profile

Term student or graduate of Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.

Main functions

  • Carry out purchasing processes from requesting quotes to issuing payment.
  • Prepare a list of invoices for the acquisition of goods and services at the institutional level for referral to Accounting and payment management.
  • Provide feedback to internal clients regarding the status of their purchase requests.
  • Respond to and/or channel requests from in-person internal clients.
  • Receive invoices for the acquisition of goods and services at the institutional level and ensure that they are received by the requesting areas.

Recommended experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

  • Handle computer programs COMPERS, Ms Office.
  • Proven Experience in the Government Sector.
  • Knowledge of TDR and POA (Essential).

Modality of contracting:

  • Indefinite contract with full-time dedication in face-to-face mode.

  • Send an updated resume and documentary evidence of the general and specific requirements.
  • Participate in the interviews and evaluations that are required.
  • Authorize INTEC to validate documents and obtain professional and personal references that it considers pertinent.
