Objective of the position
Execute the activities associated with the preparation, standardization, storage and updating of documents generated by the institution, in accordance with the established requirements. Identify process requirements to design the desired behaviors and establish the standards and documentation necessary for their operation; as well as analyze the measurements and flow of the processes to propose changes that improve the results and satisfaction of internal and external customers. Analyze processes with a focus on risk management to detect opportunities for improvement.
