SANTO DOMINGO. - Dr. Juan Díaz Quiñones, a graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), was recognized as one of the best Latino doctors of 2021 as part of the prestigious Top Doctor ranking, for his daily contributions to the quality of medical care in Philadelphia, United States.

The media organization Al Día chose 12 Latino physicians, including the physician Díaz Quiñones, who were recognized in the Top Doctor ranking and honored as leaders in their fields and role models for the next generation of Latinos in medicine. .

Dr. Díaz Quiñones is Associate Professor of Clinical Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine and Director of General Obstetrics and Gynecology at Temple University Hospital.

His clinical and research interests surround gynecological surgery and diseases, including robotic and minimally invasive procedures.

Between 2017 and 2020, Philadelphia Magazine has recognized Díaz Quiñones as one of the best specialists in obstetrics and gynecology.

Díaz Quiñones graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) in April 2002.
