Specialty in Human Talent Management

  • Objectives

    • The program is a pioneer in the area with a university academic level, it began in January 1988. Its general objectives are aimed at developing in the professional of the Human Resources area, the spirit of innovation and an entrepreneur that is very necessary in times of change and to provide a wide coverage of knowledge that allows other modes of intervention and face decisions of a strategic nature.

      In this sense, we offer a functional academic program, aimed at training highly professional specialists with the capacity to perform successfully in the area of ​​Human Resources Management and perform the role of consultant in the area.

      • Provide the area professional the basis for an analytical vision that allows understanding the internal dynamics of organizations, as well as playing the role of consultant or advisor in the area.
      • Contribute to the development of its strategic, innovative and proactive leadership to achieve the role of strategic partner in the organization.
      • Promote and provide research and projects in the area, socioeconomic of the country.
  • Requirements

    1. Complete the online admission form through the following link admisiones.intec.edu.do
    2. Deposit the required documents in the Admissions Unit; Then make the payment of the application for admission and the PAEP test.
    3. Deposit the payment receipt of the PAEP test in the Assessment and Testing Unit.
    4. Attend the preparation workshop to take the PAEP.
    5. Take the PAEP test.

    Admission requirements for the Specialty and Master's programs:

    • Dominican graduated from a Dominican university
      • Admission request
      • Photocopy of the identity card of both sides.
      • Certification and copy of university degree legalized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology MESCyT.
      • Certification and record of original university notes legalized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology MESCyT.
      • Medical certificate for academic purposes (with the name as it is on the identity card)
      • Receipt of Payment of the right to admission (non-refundable)
      • Two front photos 2x2.
      • Original birth certificate, certified and legalized.

      • *: Only applies to Psychology careers, 2 + 2 Programs or **Industrial Design

      - Documents that are not in Spanish must be translated.
      Legalizations
      • Member countries of the Hague Convention: If the country of emission belongs to the Hague Convention, it must make the apostille of the documents and their translations into Spanish in the competent institution of that country.
      • Countries that do NOT belong to the Hague Convention: If the country of issue is NOT within the Hague Convention, you must legalize the documents and their Spanish translations at the Dominican Consulate / Embassy of the country where they were issued and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Dominican Republic.
      • If the translation is done in the Dominican Republic, it must be done by a judicial interpreter and legalized in the Attorney General Office of the Dominican Republic.
