The Master's Degree in Center Management aims to transform the management team of each educational center into a community with the necessary capacity and autonomy to efficiently conduct the educational process foreseen in the plans and that society demands. The graduate of this program shows leadership in their performance, through the encouragement of participation and the delegation of functions in their management team; plans, manages, executes, evaluates and systematizes actions related to policies, plans and other professional activities, and self-evaluates and recognizes their own strengths and opportunities. She makes decisions in complex and unpredictable situations, as well as organizes her educational center in accordance with current regulations and promotes pedagogical processes that ensure academic quality. Likewise, she guides the elaboration, discussion and execution of the budget and contributes in an analytical, critical, practical and creative way to the identification and equitable resolution of the problems of her educational context.
