    The country needs competent professionals in generation, transmission, distribution and conversion of power and electric power; at the same time in the efficient management and in the development of new energy alternatives. This is a professional field that will always be needed for the development and sustainability of a country. The demand for electrical engineers in the Dominican Republic and in the region is significant, so this guarantees a series of opportunities when you enter the labor market.

    As a graduate of this career you can work in any company that uses electricity as a central focus of their functions, just as you can be an entrepreneur developing products or services in those areas. We can take as an example the companies specialized in: energy efficiency, in renewable energies, in air conditioning, residential and industrial electrical installations, in communication, generators and / or electricity distributors, energy consultants and administrators, among others.
