    The MBA Operations Management aims to train highly competent professionals to fully manage the service, supply and logistics processes of an organization with a strategic and market-oriented approach, with a high ethical sense, a vocation for service and a constructive attitude. for the solution of situations that warrant interventions.
  • Goals

    • Develop professionals who aspire to actively participate in the management and organization of production processes in services, logistics and the supply chain of companies, giving a national and international transformative response. with an ethical, strategic and effective leadership, to respond to the continuous and complex changes in the market and in the preferences of the related publics.
    • Provide skills for the management of commercial, operational and financial viability, under conditions of uncertainty and risk.
    • Develop analytical skills and managerial skills that allow the design and delivery of distinctive proposals that add value from the perspective of the company's operating process, for the market and society.
  • Participant profile

    This MBA is aimed at professionals from any area of ​​knowledge, at the same time, priority will be given in admission to those applicants who meet the following conditions:

    • University graduates with few years of professional experience.
    • Minimum professional experience: 2 years after graduation.
    • Preferably with leadership and results-oriented attitudes.
    • Availability to attend the scheduled activities of the Master.
    • Management of information and communication technologies.
    • Willingness to work as a team seeking systematic solutions to problems, information management and synthesis, development and direction of research work in the areas of logistics and supply chain.
  • Graduate profile

    It is expected that at the end of the program, the graduates will be professionals trained to lead processes of direction, management and positive change in their organizations, through the exercise of the skills of:

    • Management of criteria and analytical tools oriented to decision making and solution of management problems such as production and services with a focus on operational processes.
    • Attitudes prone to offering creative responses to the challenges where its units are involved, for the benefit of society and the market.
    • Willingness to take reasonable and ethical risks in the search for new business opportunities and face threats in the environment.
    • Analytical vision on the logistics of supply and distribution, of the supply chain, and its strategies in order that they can be applied effectively in the company.
    • Planning, evaluation and implementation of applicable management strategies in service organizations and processes in general.
    • Analysis and application of up-to-date techniques, theories and tools that govern both service and production processes, their operationalization and business commercialization, enhancing business process management, performance measurement systems, modeling techniques and simulation of business systems. services and production.
  • Requirements

    Admission process in 5 steps:

    1. Complete the online admission form through the following link admisiones.intec.edu.do
    2. Deposit the required documents in the Admissions Unit; Then make the payment of the application for admission and the PAEP test.
    3. Deposit the payment receipt of the PAEP test in the Assessment and Testing Unit.
    4. Attend the preparation workshop to take the PAEP.
    5. Take the PAEP test.

    Dominican graduate of Dominican university

    • Admission request
    • Photocopy of the identity card of both sides.
    • Certification and copy of university degree legalized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology MESCyT. 
    • Certification and record of original university notes legalized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology MESCyT. 
    • Medical certificate for academic purposes (with the name as it is on the identity card)
    • Two front photos 2x2.
    • Receipt of Payment of the right to admission (non-refundable)
    • Original birth certificate, certified and legalized.
    • An academic recommendation letter issued by the university of origin or a job recommendation letter, in both cases must be on a sheet stamped and stamped by the issuing institution (only applicable for research-oriented master's degrees).  
    • Essay with motivations to enter the program, minimum 1 page (only applies for research-oriented masters).  
    • PAEP test payment (exonerated presenting the original Master's degree)
    • PAEP test registration
    • Interview with the coordination of the program to which it applies

    • If the translation is done in the Dominican Republic, it must be done by a judicial interpreter and legalized in the Attorney General Office of the Dominican Republic.
