SANTO DOMINGO. The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) took advantage of the stage of its technology fair INTECnología 2015 to make the official launch of its educational radio station INTEC Radio, which is heard online through radio.intec.edu.do

With a focus on higher education and the debate of social issues of national and international interest, Radio INTEC has a current and dynamic program in which students and professors share their common interests: creativity, innovation, social responsibility and ability to contribute to the necessary transformations in Dominican society.

INTEC Radio is managed by the Learning Resources Directorate of the academy, which integrates students, teachers and collaborators to the joint construction of educational and innovative content. Transmit from the 6 cubicle of the Emilio Rodríguez Demorizi library.

With the station, INTEC joins the broad network of university radio stations in Latin America, which are considered a resource for learning and in a general sense for the promotion of life and the culture of higher education and the university environment.
