Realize Student Merit Awards

Santo Domingo.- On the afternoon of Tuesday, July 19, the "Student Merit Award" was held in the university auditorium, an activity that the INTEC Human Management department organizes every year. In it, the school performance of the sons and daughters of teachers and collaborators is rewarded, who finished their academic period with high marks, becoming examples of academic excellence and development of values.

On this occasion, there were 17 children and young people who stood out for their good grades during the 2010-2011 school year, were recognized in three different categories: Students from 3rd to 5th of Basic, Students from 6th to 8th of Basic and Students from 1st to 4th of Media.

The jury that made the final selection of the winners was made up of Ms. Leónidas Germán, Director of the Educational Learning-Teaching Model (MAE-INTEC) and Ms. Onamenci Guerra, Scholarship Officer.

Among the main objectives of this award is to encourage the commitment of these children and young people with the fulfillment of the objectives and values ​​of the educational system, promote their excellence in school performance and promote their training in values, in line with the internal values ​​of the institution of educational excellence, integral development and social commitment.
