SANTO DOMINGO. The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and the National Policel subscribed a agreement through which the officers of the institution of order may study different Academic programs in the university, especially in the area of Health Sciences.
The Rector of INTEC, Dr. Rolando M. Guzmán, and the Director General of the National Police, Major General Nelson Peguero Paredes, signed the agreement in the Rectory room of the academy in the presence of authorities from both institutions.
The agreement specifies that INTEC and the National Police are committed to the provision of services such as scholarships, seminars, courses, workshops, to the iexchange of documents, internships program and development of joint investigations, among other academic and scientific activities. The officers of the Police would attend INTEC programs in the areas of Health Sciences, Business e Engineering.
