Adaptive leadership and coalition formation

SANTO DOMINGO. In order to contribute to the generation of consensus on issues of national interest, the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) organized the training workshop for trainers on Leadership and coalition building, with the participation of executives from different areas of the academy.

The workshop was taught by the senior leadership specialists of the World Bank Manuel E. Contreras and Ricardo Pereyra, who directed the reflections during the five days of work that were developed as a collaborative and experiential immersion. Another group of managers, teachers and collaborators of the university will receive the workshop in other versions.

Participants included Héctor Martinez, coordinator of the Center for Educational Studies (CEED-INTEC), Lourdes Contreras, coordinator of the Center for Gender Studies (CEG-INTEC), José Feliz, Vice Chancellor for Teaching; Andrea Paz, director of the Research, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Division; Leticia Mendoza, dean of the Area of ​​Basic and Environmental Sciences; Patricia Liranzo, professor of the Area of ​​Social Sciences and Humanities; Arturo del Villar, dean of the Engineering Area; Pavel Isa Contreras, professor of the Business Area; José Contreras, coordinator of the Environmental Management Center (CEGA), Carlos Artilez, professor of the Engineering Area, among others.
