Intecianos stand out in CND Selection


SANTO DOMINGO. More than 4,500 talented young people from across the country applied for the "CND Selection" a new program that is organized annually by the Dominican National Brewery (CND), and through which the Internship, Talent and Trainee plans are developed. In its 2017 version, the company selected a total 32 students and graduates of the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).

From a total of 34 interns selected by the CND Selection, 23 are from INTEC; From 12 talents, 7 are intecians and 3 trainees that were chosen by the prestigious brewing company, 2 are graduates of La Colmena. The CND reported that it received a total of 4,535 applicants, among which 2,242 opted for the Trainee program and another 2,293 for internships.

Those selected for the Trainee program are in Brazil where they receive a training that will last for six months. The initiative is part of the Global Management Trainee (GMT) program was developed by AB-InBev, the largest beer company in the world.

The 23 selected as interns are integrated into one of the most outstanding programs in the country due to the wide variety of training offered to members, the level of follow-up and high percentage of permanence in the company. The 7 designated CND Talents already hold leadership positions within the company and will receive constant monitoring to ensure their short-term growth.

The young Laura and Melanie are Trainees, while the new interns are Gabriela, Felipe, Camus, Gustavo, Daniela, Moisés, Ernesto, Franklin, Lorena, Angel, Ebenezer, Paola, Manuel, Antoinette, Nelson, José, Nicole, Miguel , Lisamel, Marvin, Joel, Karen and Josué. The CND Talents are Eddy, Amelia, Yasser, Jessica, Gisselle, Narciso and Jennifer.

 

The Dominican National Brewery started the "CND Selection" program in 2013 aimed at recruiting and selecting differentiated talents, with the aim of uncovering the potential, demonstrating the capacities and technical skills and personal competencies of young people between 18 and 25 years of age.

Nery Salvador, director of the Directorate of Student Services (DSE) received the students who were chosen in the internship program carried out by the Dominican National Brewery.
