INTEC and La Nave Post Lab sign collaboration agreement
SANTO DOMINGO. -The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) Y The Post Lab Ship, digital laboratory specialized in processes of postproductionwill exchange experiences and knowledge on production processes ycaudiovisual reaction y cinematographic in order to strengthen it film training.
The agreement whose purpose is the promotion and dissemination of activities of pedagogical training, academic and technological, will include the realization of film productions and is framed within the objectives of the Special Productions Unit of INTEC, coordinated by Pablo Lozano, in collaboration with the race in Cinema and Audiovisual Communication of the University.
The collaboration agreement that was signed by Tita Hasbún, executive director of La Nave, and by the rector of INTEC, Rolando M. Guzmán, contemplate the opportunity for students and graduates of INTEC from do internships both in the processes of the pre-production, development, production and post-production.
During the event, Guzmán, stressed that the career of Cinema and Audiovisual Communication is one of the intencianas initiatives that has produced better results and greater satisfaction. “Part of the task that lies ahead with this academic program is reinforced with the support of the industry that, in this case, support us with La Nave, which fills us with great satisfaction and we hope it will be the starting point for a productive agenda, ”said Guzmán.
While, Tita Hasbún, executive director of La Nave, said the state of the art laboratory born by the demands of the film industry local and international, whose growth and potential development it covers in a Film Law that fosters great opportunities, both for those involved in creative careers as for other sectors that benefit from the orange economy, and with signature of the agreement they hope to serve as platform and support for new talent.
