INTEC recognizes seven graduates for their professional career


Santo Domingo. El Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) recognized seven professionals from different academic areas of the institution for their professional and human career during the 5ta. delivery of his awards "Outstanding Graduate".

Iván Gómez (Business Administration 1999), Jaime Aristy Escuder (Economy 1985), James Willig Morales (Medicine 1996), Yulino Castillo Núñez (Medicine 1986), Krist Núñez Añil (Psychology 1993), Claritza Pacheco-Abreu (Systems Engineering 1987 ) and Heriberto Minaya (Engineering in 1991 Systems) are the recognized partners in this 2011 edition.

The selection of outstanding graduates is a job in which the inteciana community is integrated. The call for applications was available during 4 weeks for executives, graduates, employees, students and legally established companies. The Department of Development and Graduates received 27 applications. The jury is composed of representatives of the university community. The vote of the graduates is done electronically.  

Dr. Rolando Guzmán, rector of INTEC highlighted that the seven recognized professionals represent a proof of the university's dedication in its training task. "These honorable graduates represent the more than twenty thousand professionals who pride us and whose quality gives renown to the institution" express.

Guzmán also recognized the willingness invested by the graduates and graduates to excel in each of their respective careers. "All of them gave themselves to study and research, to enrich their knowledge, complement their personality and in this way serve Dominican society."

With this recognition, 34 is recognized by graduates recognized by INTEC since the first awards ceremony at the 2007. Swimmer Marcos Díaz and politician Danilo Medina were two of the recognized professionals at 2010.

"Outstanding 2011 Graduate" took place at the Jesús María Troncoso Auditorium, of the Central Bank, and closed with the presentation of the percussionist Fellé Vega.
