SANTO DOMINGO. – With the central theme “Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability” the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) is holding the twelfth edition of its INTECNOLOGÍA 2024 technology fair on November 6, 7 and 8 at its university campus located on Los Próceres Avenue.
“At INTEC we believe in promoting talent, culture and innovation, and that our society needs new models to move towards progress and development. Showing the ingenuity of our youth, who work on solutions to real problems in the country, is for us the best way to contribute to this objective. In addition, we promote the careers that the productive sectors need the most to increase national competitiveness, which are precisely those in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM),” says rector Julio Sánchez Maríñez, referring to the importance of the university celebrating INTECnología every two years.
Vice President Raquel Peña will inaugurate the exhibition stands of the fair during a ceremony that will take place on the morning of November 7, 2024, with the presence of INTEC authorities.
