INTEC is recognized as one of the great brands of the Dominican Republic
SANTO DOMINGO.- The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) was recognized as one of the great brands of the year 2013 by the publication Topbrands, that every two years elaborates a list of the most outstanding companies in the country for its excellence in the work of branding and marketing.
In the third edition of the Book of the Big Brands in the Dominican Republic, INTEC is the only university that has a broad report with other 47 entities highlighted by their positioning in the market.
The launch ceremony was held in the auditorium of the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic, and the corresponding award to INTEC was received by the Coordinator of Communication and Corporate Identity, Ileana Canela.
"The Dominican Republic has very high level companies that have set out to offer excellence and project it in every aspect, thus positioning their brand among the best. It is an honor for us to recognize this effort and celebrate it with them, "said Adriana Santa, director of Topbrands during the event.
Topbrands is produced by Grupo Cerca, representative for Central America and the Caribbean of Superbrands of England. For the selection of brands, the criteria of market dominance, brand loyalty, longevity, general acceptance and trust are used.
The scrutiny of the Topbrands companies is in charge of a Brand Counsil, integrated by entrepreneurs and professional experts in marketing, advertising and communications, who evaluated more than two thousand brands established in the country.
