INTEC acquires SolidWorks licenses
3Designers CAD Studio, a certified company for the distribution of SolidWorks Corporation for the Dominican Republic, Central America and the Caribbean, recently congratulated the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo INTEC, for the recent acquisition of the new SolidWorks Education Edition license package.
This new license allows the institution to increase 100 to 300 licenses available for installation in their laboratories and with this it allows access to more students to the most used 3D CAD technology in the Dominican Republic and the world.
In addition to this new package of licenses, the new Student Access program is added, which allows the institution to benefit from 300 exclusive additional licenses for students. These licenses are unlimited in terms of functionality and their duration is for 365 days. INTEC students will benefit from this program and will be able to get the best of SolidWorks from their own computers.
INTEC also has 45 licenses for the free 2D design application, DraftSight. This can be installed in the laboratories of the university as well as SolidWorks and students can download it for free from the portal www.draftsight.com.
Under this licensing scheme will continue with the CSWA certification program and the same advantages and benefits that had the INTEC previously: Academic Curriculum, loan licenses, among others.
