Financing of projects that provide solutions to the productive sector

SANTO DOMINGO. The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) summons all members of the academic community to participate in the call to Formulation of Projects for the Productive Sector, which will be open from this 23 in July and until the 20 in September.

Directors of centers, teachers and students groups, professors, graduates and administrative staff in general, can present ideas of projects of an applied nature, of technological development and that present a solution to a business, industrial or social / governmental problem through the management of Extension and Provision of Services of the Vice-rectorship for Research and Liaison.

The proposals must respond to an active national or international call, be the result of a promotion or sale management of the services of a unit of the INTEC (center or laboratory) or as an idea to enrich the Project Bank.

Likewise, they must have the written endorsement of any instance of the respective academic area, be it dean, academic committee, teacher center or group, career director or program.

Those interested will receive the support of experts who will accompany them in the design of their proposal, and which will be financed by INTEC. In this aspect, the income budget of the projects, whose design could be financed by the institution, must be greater than or equal to RD $ 500,000.

Submitted ideas that meet the prerequisites of the call will be evaluated by a Selection Committee that will evaluate each one, and that will take into account, among other aspects, the relevance, feasibility, relevance of the proposal, the expert's need, justification of the budget and cost-proposal relationship.
