Santo Domingo.- Executives from the Organization of Inter-American Universities (OUI) appointed Dr. Altagracia López, president of the Superior Council of Colleges of the Americas (COLAM), during its XII Meeting, held at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, Ecuador.
COLAM is the highest collegiate body of the OUI, an organization founded in 1980 to respond to the need to extend relations, improve information and promote academic cooperation among Higher Education Institutions in the Americas.
