SANTO DOMINGO. Although many of his dreams began with a resounding No, with a failure and with a solitary idea that was only in their heads, today they all have something in common: they are a reality. That is, because each one has given their best to reach their goal and, most importantly, they have learned about each error in the process.

The discussion "Leadership in heels" was organized on the occasion of the celebration of the Female Entrepreneurship Week, an event that since 2013 promotes and recognizes the entrepreneurship of women. Anne Sophie Tejeda, director of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center of Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (CEII-INTEC), explained that the event is celebrated annually in the United States, Austria, Australia, Canada, Chile, Nigeria, Vietnam, Greece, Rwanda, Thailand, Spain and, for the first time in 2016, in the Dominican Republic.

Xiomara Frías for the Leadership Foundation in Heels, explained that this entity promotes women's leadership not only in the aspect <strong>Training</strong> business but also in the commitment. She regretted that, despite the examples of success in women's entrepreneurship, big enterprises they keep in the high positions for men and below these, in the organization or in roles of great responsibility to women. 

Another aspect he emphasized was the choice of a partner. "Look for a person with the same ethical values that you, but that complement each other at a professional level ".

In addition, he indicated that a project that pursues success must have a web page, handle the concept of digital marketing and have a presence in social networks.
