Dean of the Business Area of ​​INTEC dictates conference on innovation


The activity was held at the Nova Southeastern University with the participation of 44 academies of Latin America.

The dean of the Business Area of Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), Dr. Diomedes Christopher, gave the lecture "Creating conditions for innovation" at Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida.


Dr. Christopher presented before an audience composed of 44 rectors of universities of 13 Latin American countries, in the framework of the Summer Conference traditionally held by the American university.


In his dissertation, the Dean of Business shared the recent stages of development of innovations in the world, as presented by Scott Anthony, as well as the conditions that organizations require to develop an adequate innovation system, in accordance with the proposal by Rowand Gibson. During the activity, Christopher also presented case studies of two successful organizations and examples of innovative applications in a classroom at a world-class university.


The conference "Creating conditions for innovation" was also taken by the dean of Business of INTEC to the Caribbean University of Puerto Rico, at the invitation of its president Mrs. Ana Cucurella, and also at the Higher Technological Institute of Santiago Papasquiaro, in Durango, Mexico, at the request of the official Ana Lilia Lomas Aguirre.


Christopher is an assistant professor at Nova Southeastern University in courses on research, statistics and evaluation of programs for doctoral students from Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic and Ecuador.
