They open call in Mexico, for masters in computing
Santo Domingo. The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) and the Computer Research Center (CIC) of the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico (IPN) summon those interested in entering their Master's programs in Computer Science and Master's in Computer Engineering Sciences, both with registration in the National Quality Postgraduate Program of CONACyT, to participate in the admission process corresponding to the first semester of 2012.
Through an agreement between the two institutions, four scholarships will be provided, two for each of the above-mentioned master's degrees.
Both programs are in the National Register of Quality Graduates of CONACyT in Mexico and their mission is to train highly specialized human resources in the generation of new and quality knowledge in the area of technology and its related disciplines, as well as in the dissemination of Your results.

Artificial intelligence
Parallel and distributed computing
Information systems and databases
La Master of Science in Computer Engineering you contemplate the following lines:
Real-time technologies and automation
Micro technology and embedded systems
Digital signal processing
Some of the following options are among the entry requirements:
Option 1. Accreditation of propaedeutic courses: The preparatory courses consist of three subjects: Discrete Mathematics, Programming in C Language and Computer Architecture. The approval of these courses represents a percentage of the accreditation of knowledge, the complement is a computer test, which is the same as that applied in the 2 Option.
Option 2. Accreditation of the knowledge test: Present the knowledge exam in the CIC through the Moodle platform, which has a maximum duration of two hours. The dates and times available for this exam will be provided by Dr. Leonidas Germán.
For both options, the applicant must register their participation in the Moodle platform, whose link is available on the CIC web portal. www.cic.ipn.mx (Educational Offer, left column) and submit your application. In addition, the interested party must present proof of approval of the TOEFL English test, with at least 400 points, and with a seniority of no more than one year.
In addition, the interested party must attend an interview at the INTEC facilities between the 28 in May and the 8 in June.
