Board of Regents of INTEC ratifies executive commission 2020-2021
The Board of Regents constitutes the body of management and legal representation of INTEC and the legal administrator of its assets, which is made up of 15 people, including the rector of the academy.
SANTO DOMINGO. -The Board of Regents of the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) ratified Jordi Portet, president; Franco Gómez, vice president and Fabiola Herrera, secretary, as members of the executive committee for the period 2020-2021.
INTEC's Board of Regents is made up of fifteen members, including the rector, Rolando M. Guzmán, and people selected from different areas of national life, noted for their contributions to society. The Board of Regents is the legal administrator of the institutional patrimony, which belongs to the Dominican society, and is renewed periodically with members who perform their functions voluntarily and honorably. By statutory mandate, most of the regents are graduates of INTEC.
The body is also constituted by the educator Rosalina Perdomo; the lawyers, Ana Judith Alma Iglesias and Elianna Peña Soto; the industrial engineer René Grullón Finet; Roberto Herrera, economist; José Manuel Santos, accountant; Sadala Khoury, industrial engineer; Frank Rainieri, business administrator; Ricardo Pérez, industrial engineer and doctor Jorge Marte Báez.
