INTEC held the 2025 Talent Fair


The activity took place on February 20 and 21, 2025, with the participation of a total of 29 companies, which in addition to providing employment opportunities, also developed a program of talks and workshops.

SANTO DOMINGO – The Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) concluded its long-awaited Talent Fair 2025, an event that brought together 29 leading companies from sectors such as telecommunications, services, manufacturing, technology, banking, medical devices and retail, offering hundreds of job opportunities to professionals seeking growth.

 

During the inauguration, Rosario Aróstegui, Vice-Rector for Research and Outreach at INTEC, expressed her gratitude to the participating companies for choosing the university as a meeting point for young talents. She highlighted the importance of their collaboration with the INTEC Program for Outstanding Students (PIES), which has provided scholarships to outstanding students since 1987.

 

Meanwhile, Dorys Díaz, from the company BD Advanced Patient Monitoring, spoke on behalf of the participating companies and valued the “dedication, effort and commitment of INTEC in promoting the development of the country through education.”

 

The Fair is an initiative that INTEC holds annually and is designed to facilitate the labor inclusion of the best talents, promote advancement in their careers, as well as establish a direct link with leading companies in the market. Participants had access to exclusive information on job opportunities and professional development programs.

 

The event was organized by INTEC's Institutional Relations Department and included a varied program of talks and activities with an impact on the workplace, as well as workshops on entrepreneurship and innovation. It also offered the opportunity for direct networking between recruiters and candidates.

 

Participating companies included BD Advanced Patient Monitoring, Eaton, Banco Popular, Convatec, Mercasid, Seaboard Transcontinental, Helados Bon, Quala, Philip Morris, Planeta Azul, Integer, Arajet, Acerh, Camorouco, Grupo Blandino, Diesco, Smurfit Westrock, Rannik, Hayco, Baxter, Meltaldom, Mejía Lora, Cepm, Ademi, Hageco, El Catador, Allion and Altice.
