Purpose:
The purpose of this Agreement is to develop the Study indicated in Annex 1 of this Agreement, in order to propose measures to solve the problems caused by traffic accidents on the Duarte Highway, from Santo Domingo to Santiago and the cities from Santiago and La Vega.
