Those appearing who sign at the end of this document, freely and voluntarily agree to amend the Collaboration Agreement that heads this document as follows: 1. Annex C3 of the previous contract is replaced by Annex C4, which is made part of as if transcribed here in this amendment and which is attached to this document. 2. These amendments are made to form part of the Collaboration Contract as if it were integrated.
