The Ibero-American Union of Municipalists and the Integral Center for Local Development (CIDEL)

The main objectives of joint collaboration are established, the coordination and execution of the training program for FEDOMU personnel during the 2017 period, in addition, specific protocols may be articulated, in the following: A.- Investigation and study of specific local problems, either exclusive to a specific territorial area or of a general nature, which affect local entities. B.- Information and dissemination of matters relating to local government, which may be carried out through specific programs for the dissemination of local problems. C.- Cooperation for municipal development with Universities, town halls, specific cooperation centers and with foreign countries, especially from Latin America.
