Elianna Peña Soto
Degree in Law from UNPHU, with a Master's Degree in Business Law and Economic Legislation from PUCMM and subsequently participated in the Utility Regulation and Strategy Program of the University of Florida, as well as in Diplomas in Commercial and Business Law, International Law , Procedural Law, Administrative Law and Public Management, Constitutional Law, Commercial Contracts and Due Diligence, Tax Planning, Commercial Arbitration, among others.
He has worked in the Department. Legal of the Dominican Company of Telephones, SA (Claro) from 1995, performing different functions and currently occupying the position of Legal Director. He is a member of the Board of Regents of INTEC since the 2019.
Before joining Compañía Dominicana de Telefonos, SA, she worked as a lawyer for the firm Barnichta & Asociados, in which she was a consultant on tax, real estate and trademark law. In the beginning, she was a lawyer in the Department of Economic Analysis of the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII), preparing consultations on aspects related to the application of the Dominican Tax Code.
He also participates as a member of the Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (Amchamdr) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Dominican Employers' Confederation (Copardom). Also, he works as an arbitrator for the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production, where he has participated in different arbitrations.
He is a member of the Board of Regents of INTEC since the 2019.
