Ing. Cayetano Armando Rodríguez Mieses
Industrial engineer graduated from INTEC, with a master's degree in Operations Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). He has received various training in areas such as operational excellence, organizational coaching, management skills using Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and University Pedagogy.
He has been a professor in the INTEC Engineering Area since 1997 and at the PUCMM since 2017. In the INTEC Engineering Area, he has also been a member of the review team of the Industrial Engineering career curriculum, coordinator of the Accreditation Program for eight engineering careers under the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) criteria. He is also a member of the creative team for the “Medical Device Engineering” and “Plastics Technology” concentrations.
He has extensive experience in the medical device industry, holding management positions at companies such as Fenwal, Edwards Lifesciences, and Baxter Healthcare; In addition, he has accumulated experience in project management, research and development, manufacturing engineering, new product development, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC Methodology and others. He also works as a consultant for various companies in the implementation of Operational Excellence and Strategic Planning programs.
