She has a degree in International Management, Economics and Political Science, graduated from the University of Manhattanville, United States, with a postgraduate specialization in Corporate Finance at the Pontificia Universidad Católica, Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a Master's degree in Global Finance and International Trade from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. Additionally, she is a doctoral student in Social Sciences at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO), Buenos Aires, Argentina.

She has served as Academic Director of the Bachelors in Business Administration program at BARNA Management School and has teaching experience as director of the Master's Degree in High Financial Management and the Master's Degree in Risk Management at the Pontificia Universidad Católica, Madre y Maestra (PUCMM); professor of Economics and Finance, and of Coaching at the European School of Management and resident professor of the glocal pillar Global Economic Environment of Business at BARNA Management School.

Additionally, he was manager of Economic Studies of the Risk Administration and Credit Control of Banco BHD; Director of Planning of the National Directorate of National Assets; director of Investments and Competitive Intelligence of the Ministry of Energy and Mines; Minister Counselor of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Argentina; Economic Consultant for the General Directorate of Public Credit and Evaluation and Research coordinator for the National Observatory of Communication Technologies (ONTIC-RD), among other positions in both the public and private sectors.
