She has a degree in Business Administration, graduated from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) with master's degrees in Public Investment Management, from INTEC; in Results Oriented Public Procurement, from Laval Canada University and in Operations Management, from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). Similarly, he holds certifications in Innovation and Leadership of the Public Sector, Leadership Program for Public Management, Strategic Management of Public Procurement; Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Procurement, among others.

She has more than 20 years of experience in governance issues in which she has served as Deputy Administrator of Management in the Real Estate Registry; Vice-Rector for Management of the Salomé Ureña Teacher Training Institute (ISFODOSU); In charge of the Planning and Development Department of the General Directorate of Public Procurement.

Additionally, as a quality consultant for the Ministry of Defense, Comprehensive Analyst for the National Office of Public Administration; In charge of Organizational Development of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce; Organizational Development Analyst of the Ministry of Finance. He has also taught courses on financial administration, purchasing and contracting, public investment projects, among others, at the Center for Training in Fiscal Policy and Management (CAPGEFI).

Similarly, she has been a consultant for various organizations and institutions on issues of organizational development and processes, as well as reform and modernization.
